Four Chile Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pork chops

Directions:
1 - 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine the spices.
2 - 2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mix into both sides of the pork chops. Transfer the pork chops to an oven safe pan, ideally a cast iron pan, and put it in the oven ;).
3 - 3. Cook the chops for ~15 min or until a meat thermometer reads 140°F. Remove the pan from the oven and let the pork chops cool for 5 minutes on a separate plate/cutting board/something.

Notes:
Alternatively, you can cook the chops on the skillet over medium heat. Cook the chops 3-5 min per side (changes from thickness). Use a thermometer to tell when they're done.
