Ingredients:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- Olive oil, several tablespoons
- 2 14 oz cans Brooks Chili beans
- 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 1/2 T chili powder
- 2 T cumin
- 2 T smoked paprika
- 1 can chicken broth
- Salt & pepper
- spaghetti noodles

Directions:
1 - - Brown hamburger, salt & pepper to taste
2 - - Saute onion & garlic in olive oil 2-3 min in large pot
3 - - Add beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, sm paprika, chicken broth to the pot & simmer
4 - - Add in hamburger when it is done. Drain hamburger first if needed.
5 - - After your chili has simmered for 20 min or so, cook your spaghetti noodles
6 - - Drain noodles then add to chili
7 - - Serve!

Notes:
I am still messing with the spice measurements. Needs a little bit more umph somewhere.
You can top with some shredded cheese too!

When selecting what brand of canned chili beans to use. Pay attention to the fat & salt content. Try to select the healthiest one!
