Pasta Beef Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 14.5 oz cans of beef broth
- 1 16 oz pkg of frozen pasta mix - garlic seasoned with corn, broccoli, carrots
- frozen corn (to taste) can be added too (optional)
- 1 1/2 c tomato juice (one of those little cans)
- 1 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 t Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
1 - - In Large saucepan, cook beef until no longer pink, drain grease off.
2 - - Add beef broth, frozen pasta mix, tomato juice, tomato, & Italian seasoning
3 - - bring to a boil
4 - - reduce heat then cover & simmer 10 mins or so until veggies are tender.
5 - - Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top

Notes:
Very flavorful due to the garlic sauce from the pasta mix. I add additional frozen corn because I like to.
It's quick and easy.
Would probably work fine with ground turkey instead of beef
